Production Process
TB SEALER is a single-component, transparent insulation and waterproofing material developed in the advanced R&D laboratories of Trio Kimya with a specialized formulation. Its formula contains natural resin derived from a long-living tree grown in Brazil, high-strength binders and eco-friendly additives. These components are combined using advanced mixing and homogenization techniques, transforming them into a high-performance construction chemical.
During the production process, each batch is subjected to physical, chemical and performance tests in At Trio Kimya,’s in-house laboratory. This ensures that our bio-based product consistently delivers the same level of waterproofing quality, surface compatibility and long-term durability under all conditions. TB SEALER is manufactured in fully closed-loop systems that comply with environmentally safe and sustainable production standards. As a result, every product forms a deeply penetrating, transparent, aesthetically clean and long-lasting insulation layer on surfaces.
TB SEALER is currently produced exclusively by TrioKimya , headquartered in Istanbul. Our product is manufactured in our modern facilities in Türkiye under high quality standards, with the entire production process carried out under our direct control. Through our distribution partners and warehouse network across various regions of the Middle East, TB SEALER is delivered quickly and safely according to demand. With regular shipments by land, sea and air transportation, we provide all customers with the same level of quality, consistency and reliability.
